One of the  benefits of systems-built construction allows your new home to be completed on average, in  about 10-14 weeks.  Generally you can move in 5-6 weeks  after the home is placed on its foundation.  We will arrange for your site work to be completed while your home is simultaneously being built in the All American  Homes’ facility.  Our custom built homes are made with superior materials by carefully trained craftsman using the latest technologies.

As your project manager Ashland Homes will also coordinate and oversee important features of building a home including basements, garages, wells, septic systems, decks, porches, driveways, sidewalks, etc.  Because of this everything can be put on one loan and one payment can be made instead of several.

When you find a floor plan you like, but would like a few changes, no problem! With the exception of marriage walls you can modify any floor plan to suit your needs.
